Terms and conditions (service memberships)

Last updated: October 2026

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to the online purchase of service memberships through this website. The contracting party is: PRO.beauty, Anastasiia Berestenko Ringstraße 44, 2. Stock, 3500 Krems an der Donau, Österreich Email: [email protected] Phone: +43 6812 078494 9

2. Subject matter

A service membership is prepaid credit for selected services in the chosen quantity (e.g. 3× manicure and 2× pedicure). The services are provided at our studio at a later date by appointment.

3. Prices, discount and payment

All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT.

From 2 services per membership we grant a membership discount of 10% on the total price.

For services priced “from”, the minimum price is charged. Depending on the actual effort (e.g. length, design, condition of the nails) a surcharge may apply when redeeming; it will be discussed before the treatment.

Payment is made online via the payment provider Stripe using the payment methods offered there.

4. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded once you complete the order by clicking “Pay securely” and the payment succeeds. You will then receive a confirmation with your membership code by email.

5. Redemption

Book an appointment online or by phone and tell us the membership code during your visit. We deduct the service provided from your membership. Only the services included in the membership can be redeemed.

The membership code is transferable, e.g. as a gift. Cash payment or exchange for other services is excluded. Please keep the code safe; if you lose it, we can help you using your email address.

6. Validity

A service membership is valid for 24 months from the purchase date. The expiry date is stated in the confirmation email.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the information on the right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty, governing law, dispute resolution

Statutory warranty rights apply. Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.

Consumers may turn to a recognised consumer arbitration body in case of disputes (www.verbraucherschlichtung.or.at).
